Quick Answers

Shipping & Delivery: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take up to 3-5 business days. Tracking may take 24hrs to update. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on our shipping carrier's website. We ship across U.S. and internationally. Rates calculated at checkout. 

Returns & Exchanges: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [olveradsj@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address. We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Warranty/Damage: Contact us within 7 days of delivery- please include photos/videos. 

Cancel/Edit An Order: Email us ASAP, if it hasn't shipped, we'll try to update it.
